conformity with the Spanish law "Ley Orgánica
15/1999" of 13th December relating to the protection
of personal data, New Home declare
the following:
In conformity with article 5 relating to the rights
of information in the collection of data New
Home informs its clients that it keeps
an automized file of their data.
The inclusion of clients´ personal data in the
file is necessary for the utilization of the services
offered by New Home.
New Home may use these data
for the client to be sent commercial or other types
of information related exclusively to their business
and of that of companies connected with the group.
The client may request New Home
to exclude him/her from the mailing of commercial information.
New Home will not make the information
contained in their file available to any other person
or organization under any circumstances except with
the prior, express authorization of the client.
Every client of New Home has the right to:
.- Request information concerning personal details included
in the New Home file.
.- Modify any personal detail which New Home
have on file.
